System Idle Process won't let me play games

Hello
i installed the many versions of windows 10 and i see in task manager system idle process uses 99% of processor
this thing won't let me play games with no lags and stoped working
i disabled winSAT in the task scheduler and it has not changed

Go to your control panel, click on "Device Manager".

Check to make sure there isn't anything on the list that has a "?" on in or an "x" stating it's missing drivers.

This can cause high CPU usage when idle
