Hi,
I just built my first PC
MoBo AsRock AB350M Pro4
HyperX FURY Black 8GB DDR4 2400MHz (2x4GB sticks)
Ryzen 3 2200g with stock cooler.
Thermaltake Tr2-600W PSU
ADATA 128GB SSD + 1 Generic 1TB HDD 5400RPM.
Then I OC to 3.8Ghz, did stress test with AIDA64 for a day and everything worked fine.
I realized I just had 1 case fan (stock from case) and bought 2 more fans, Artic F12-120mm Standard low noie case fans (3 pin connectors). After installing this fans Windows boots but crashes almost instantly. I disconnect the fans and everything works fine again. Any Idea what could be the problem?

Solution
Are they dual-mode headers? Some mobos allow you to change the setting in the BIOS. Maybe the 3-pin fan in the 4-pin header is the problem.

Yes, both fans work fine. Only way I've found to work is if I down the OC to 3.7Ghz thing is I do stress tests at 3.8Ghz without the fans and everything works fine.

Dedicated headers, first one into CHA_FAN1 (4 pin), second into CHA_FAN2 (3 Pin).
