My MOBO seems to not want to read my GPU. I have read some of the existing post on this matter none of the responses seem to cater to my situation. My set up is the following:

MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-Z97M-D3H LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 04G-P4-3975-KR 4GB SSC GAMING w/ACX 2.0+, Whisper Silent Cooling Graphics Card
SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 2.5" 240GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SV300S37A/240G
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K Devil's Canyon Quad-Core 3.5 GHz LGA 1150 88W BX80646I54690K Desktop Processor Intel HD
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2 220-G2-0850-XR 80+ GOLD 850W Fully Modular EVGA ECO

Things I have tried:
I have reset my BIOS. Tried to update drivers. Checked PSU.

Does display when plugged directly to MOBO. Won't show on device manager. Drivers will not download because of no detection.

Happened during my spring cleaning of my tower (removed dust and decluttering of wires). I have checked to make sure all connections are connected securely. Was working fine before the cleaning.

Fans stutter. No full spin.
Have moved to second slot, same result.

Took it in to Micro Center near me. They have deemed her K.I.A

Working with EVGA for warranty - Apparently I have a month left of my 3yr warranty

Thanks for the response!
