ram settings in bios for overclocking

cpu: Intel Core i7-6700K Processor 4GHz 8MB Cache LGA1151 Boxed Without Heatsink and Fan - 1 MB - 8 MB Cache - 8 GT/s DMI - 64-bit Processing - 4.20 GHz Overclocking Speed - Intel - 95 W

I've watched tutorials, but i can't figure it out in my own bios... it wont let me adjust certain features... photos of my bios: https://imgur.com/a/ma9lvYk

Well your memory is running at 1600mhz, so it has been undercloked heavily somehow.

First enable XMP before you worry about trying a manual overclock past 2666mhz. It's under advanced memory settings, right at the top. Page 49 in your mobo's manual.

I believe you can manually change memory frequency and timing by changing 'memory timing mode' to manual also under advanced memory settings. But enable XMP before you touch anything in there.
