Uploading large files through web browsers crippling networks on Win10

This has been a long standing issue of mine, which I've mitigated by just uploading files while everyone's asleep, but I have to ask:

When you guys upload files; For example, a large video to YouTube/Facebook/whatever, does your network go down? I lose all connectivity to the internet on ALL devices except for that upload. All that works is LAN for all devices on the network.

Nothing else does this. None of the Windows 7, 8, Linux, or Mac's cripple the network when uploading large files. Only the devices using Windows 10.

If you've encountered this issue, how do you fix it?
I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc and it still happens.

Quick note:
This only happens on uploads, downloads don't cripple the network.

Solution
At first glance sounds like you have an upload congestion which can be alleviated through QOS, but that it only happens on W10, now THAT I know nothing. W10 may have a super-duper "grab all" file transfer algorithm, too strong, doesn't play nice with others.

Mine doesn't, is there software I can install on the device that will do it?
