Ill list my PC first ~
Ryzen 5 1600
Asus B350-F Strix ROG
Adata 8gb (4x2gb)
Gtx 1060
550 PSU
Windows 10 Pro
So the Issue is that my ram works fine, i've tried both sticks one at a time in different slots and my Bios even detects both stick but still im limited to 3.9gb of ram usage also I've tried the msconfig thing so any other solution ill be open to, thanks.
