Converting a wardrobe into a gaming cabinet

TL:DR How can I convert a wardrobe into a cabinet suitable for gaming, (want to hide my consoles without overheating them)?

Slightly longer version: I'm converting a small upstairs room in my new house to a gaming office; the dimensions are roughly 9.5 feet long x 6.25 feet in width. There's a also a wardrobe on your left as you enter which is about 2x2 feet square.

I'm thinking I'd like to put in an L-shaped counter top style desk where I could have my gaming pc and I could hide my consoles in the wardrobe. I'd need to drill a few holes in the side of the wardrobe for wiring and make sure the monitor is close enough on the desk to make this work...

My question is: is there a way to make this wardrobe suitable for containing consoles without burning them out from being in an overheated, enclosed space? (Eg install fans inside it or get a door that can accommodate airflow somehow?) I really want to avoid a man cave vibe in there and hide the consoles as best I can, but I'm also conscious that doing this could damage the hardware. Would appreciate any advice!

you could yes, should you.. well that a different topic.

the heat rises so I would set up at least 2-3 fans at the bottom of the closet and 2-3 fans at the top of the closet on fans running all the time. Making sure the separating between bottom and top portion is properly drilled to let air flow, preferable with 2-3 fans on the separation, so it is drawing the heat upwards, to the exhaust fans from the bottom of the closet. . problem is that you may not look a like a man cave, but it will sound like a refrigerated area. :)

I'd suggest that you have the consoles and your gaming pc in plain sight or have the PC under the desk. For all intents and purposes, heat is the crippler of any system and as such we don't know what sort of heatware you have to deal with. So on paper your idea looks good, in reality not so much.

Might it be possible to have a panoramic video or rather a small video as a walkthrough of your proposed gaming space? You can followup with the hardware you're dealing with. List your PC's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
