So, I just finished mouting my PC with a Asus B150 Pro Gaming that was refurbished on Amazon. I turn the switch on my power supply and the LEDs from the motherboard turn on but when I click so the system turns on, it doesn't. I even followed the instructions to clear the CMOS but when I did, it didn't powered up. Anything that I can do?

No I was just pointing out the lack of information, not that we haven't had our share of users who do this thinking they could test out their motherbd while waiting for the rest of their parts. (True!) LoL

Have you tried briefly jumpering the pwr_sw at the FP connector?
Next I would jumper the PSU at the pwr_on to ground at the 24 pin (while its not connected) and testing the voltages.

I've tried jumpering the pwr_sw. No sign of boot. And I can't test the voltages because i don't have the tool to measure it.

what the cpu and other hardware in the system?? check that the cpu you have is on the mb vendor supported list under support for the mb. on the mb make sure the 8 pin eps cable is connected and you used the brass standoffs to keep the mb from shorting to the mb tray. pull the gpu and use one ram stick see if the mb posts from onboard video.

It is shorted and I'm using a 6th Generation Intel Core i3-6100 so I think from that part is OK.
