Upgrade RAM for ASUS P5G41T-M LX3

Hello, I want to upgrade my RAM

Current Specs :
MoBo : ASUS P5G41T-M LX3
Proc : Q9550
VC : GTX 1050Ti
RAM : 3GB
- Samsung 1GB 1333MHz
- Kingston 2GB 1333MHz

Now, bought a Kingston 4GB RAM 1333MHz KVR13N9S8/4 and repalce my 1GB but, I came up with no display?

Did I miss something to do?

Appreciate any opinion.

Can your system boot with just the 4GB module installed?
Can you check to make sure the module is fully inserted into the slot and locked into position?

Looking at the QVL list for that motherboard and I'm noticing that the only single sided RAM modules listed are 1GB. Anything 2GB and above is double sided. Your RAM is a 4GB Single Sided module.

It's a shot in the dark, but it's the only reason I can think of.

How did you know that my 4GB RAM is single sided module? how can I trace it?

It's not single channel vs dual channel. It's single sided vs double sided and by "single sided", I mean there are RAM chips on only one side of the module.
