I have a Seagate Backup Plus Portable Drive 1tb. When i plug the USB cable i can hear the harddrive starting up and the small light lights up. i can see the device in Device Manager, but i i cant see it in disk management or in Diskpart. Also i cant see it in my pc. I've tried installing Paragon, I've tried updating harddrive and USB drive. I need the files on the harddisk. so i cant clean it. see pictures for more info. I've already tried another pc, i Thanks for helping me.
