I built a computer last sunday and got it to work after a few hours of trouble shooting. Here is the build.

I was installing some rainmeter skins and my computer randomly shut off monday night. I was too tired to trouble shoot so the next day I found a white GPU error code next to the ram slots on the b350-f. After replugging the gpu psu chords back in the white error went away but a new red cpu error light appeared. I never overclocked my ryzen 1700x. The only thing in bios that I changed was ram speed as it defaulted to 1000ish mhz and i changed it to the normal 3200 mhz needed. I've reinstalled every component and tried different chords on different psu ports. Everytime I've built it outside of my pc it fails to boot to post. I've reset cmos by shorting the two pins and unplugging the battery then shorting. I've tried different ram. I even put my cpu in a different am4 based build and the cpu seems to be the issue. I initially created an rma ticket through asus for the mobo but it feels more and more like the cpu is the issue. The first application of thermal paste had 100% surface coverage so it never overheated and my core temp software said it was 45c during fortnite. I've inspected the cpu pins and none are bent. Idk what to do. I could return my cpu but idk what help that would be if i just have to buy a new one. My friend was worried that if we tried his cpu in my build that my mobo might murder his cpu like it may have mine. I have a usb with all of my drivers on it and I'm not sure if that helps. I've spent a lot of money on it and any advice is appreciated.
