Only one computer on my network has slow internet

So the problem is that my Dell Inspiron 5150 is awfully slow on the internet. Every other device on my network is working fine. I Have it connected to my wifi with a Zyxel G-302 v3 wireless PCI adapter. I don't think that the wifi adapter is the problem since i've tried it on other computers without any problems. I've also both tried the drivers from the original included driver-cd as well as the newest drivers from their website. The comptuer has been upgraded from 2gb of RAM to 3gb.
Everything but the internet is working fine on the computer.
I really hope that someone can help because this is starting to get annoying.

Well if it's not the NIC then it's the NIC's driver. There is nothing else, Windows really doesn't concerns what speed things are going, it's shoving data as fast as the NIC will accept it. U are not running in a VM are you?

I know it's an old card and it is going to be slower than any new one, but i know that the card can work faster. I have used the same card in another computer before and i got 10x the speed i get on this computer.

What link rate does the OS say you are getting? What OS?
