Hi. I recently connected a new SSD drive in order to store some files on it. When I try to initialize it in MBR using the disk manager, I keep getting an error saying:"The disk management console view is not up-to-date." It tells me to refresh the view in order to fix the issue. thats what I did but i keep getting the same error. I tried initializing it using diskpart, but I get a similar message, saying that "diskpart has referenced an object which is not up-to-date". Why is it doing that? is there a way to work around it? I restarted the disk manager and the pc multiple times to fix this but to no avail.

Solution
Have you installed Avira Antivirus software in your PC?
If yes, you can try to remove it, and try again your original step.
If no, you can refer to Microsoft website which will tell you how to solve this issue.
