Hello everybody, I'm finally making my Ryzen PC, but I am stuck ar selecting the motherboard.

I will have an Ryzen 5 2600X and 8GB of 3000Mhz DDR4 RAM.

Here are the contestans :

MSI B350I PRO AC

and the :

GIGABYTE GA-AB350N-Gaming WIFI

They have the same price, the ASRock B350 ITX is out of stock and here in Romania the ASUS X370I AC/ASRock X370 AC ITX are almost 100$ more.

I don't care for fan headers, I can buy some splitters and the job is done.

Also, I will buy the Cooler master Masterfan MF200R RGB Fan ; so I need to sync it to the board or at least have the music reaction effect.

Thanks in advance. :)

My apologies for not clarifying- The Board ITSELF is not equipped with any Mystic LED's, but should you want to attach any mystic-compatible devices, you can do so. Yes, download the software from this page: https://www.msi.com/news/detail/sjeV1BvESOIpVO55yK7n1Ct6lV8OsEyXp0I2eMVt_UTJypYhXGsbKyVKOXpWnr2h3ZkK5AiicpV4gkMCgvgFcg~~
Personally, I would just buy the standard 2600, as the X doesnt bring much to the table aside from a bit faster clock speeds. Both boards are great, though I prefer Gigabyte's BIOS to MSI's. As for the fan, are you certain it is compatible with the case you've chosen?

Yep, the Thermaltake Core V1.

I don't really care about the aspect of the BIOS of it looks modern.

Here I found the 2600X at the same price of an 2600. I take the extra frames when I can get them.

I've seen that the Gigabyte board has only 6 VRM's and pretty bad review's, but it has everything I need.

So, which board should I choose ?

I do not believe it does. You'd need to get a bit of a higher-tier B350 board for that. ALSO, if you have problems booting up, it is more than likely due to the board shipping with an outdated BIOS. Just be prepared in case that happens. AMD has a program in place that allows you to update your BIOS, but it does take some time.
