Well, my opinion really depends on what you're going to be using the build for. Generally, you could get A LOT better performance with your budget. Are you factoring in the cost of windows, the monitor, and your peripherals into the equation? I'll get to work ASAP on a good build.

I will be using this PC as a gaming station, I'm big into seeing how far I can push my pc, I've already have windows 10 and I'll be using whatever I have left for my peripherals if we gotta cut them out then I'll grab them next paycheck, for the monitor will be bought once I have extra money for it just looking for a nicer one I have. All I request is the resolution be 1920x1080 and above 21 inches if that's possible.

I made some changes to the original list:

Thats a great list. I made some changes based on preference and to get you up to a 1070ti thats $35 over the 1070. The motherboard is a great option and the RAM is a little more expensive but a lower CAS latency. You'll do great either way.

Looks really good, but a few things could be better:

1. If you're going to invest in a decent cooler, then you might as well get a motherboard that allows overclocking, though you'll need to get a separate wifi adapter.

2. I would hold off on putting that much money into fans- your case already comes with two VERY high quality fans, might as well use them. Changed that cooler out for something that's quite a bit more silent, and also matches your case.

3. Used the savings to go for a 1080, a significantly more beefy GPU.

Might I ask what resolution/refresh rate you're playing at? The steelseries Apex M500, Corsair Strafe, and Coolermaster Masterkeys Pro M/L are all fantastic keyboards. Logitech has a really good mouse for a decent price on amazon right now: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/yKhj4D/logitech-g403-prodigy-wired-optical-mouse-910-004796
