Cpu voltage 1,46+

I have brand new msi b350 pc mate motherboard with default settings in bios
ryzen 1500x
8gb 2133mhz godram
windows 10 last update

Is this voltage normal for the cpu ?

I cant load the image (at work so file hosting sites don't work) but if the voltage is at 1.46v like the title suggests that is way too high.

thats the default bios settings and i've seen in hwmonitor when cpu is 100% load the voltage dont go over 1,3 , idk what to say

The thing is pc freeze and comeback after 3 to 8 seconds , and i really dont know what may be the problem and what should i replace/repair

Manually lower your voltage and see how that works.

It work with 1,38 volts at default speed with turbo dezactivated but the random freeze still is a problem

That voltage is still way too high- is the bios up to date? Generally you shouldn't need any more than 1.2v or so for stock frequencies
