Hello!
I build a pc like a year ago, normally i know how to do it (hardware), but,. what about software?
So, this is my build:
Motherboard Asus Z270G
Processor Intel I7-7700K + Thermaltake water 3.0 240mm
Ram 16GB G. Skill 3200 Mhz (Running at 2900)
GPU EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB SC GAMING
PSU Corsair AX760
Monitor Acer XB241h (running at 160HZ because in 180HZ i get flicker screen, also in 160, not on 144hz help with this too please)

Hard Drives:
M2 SSD Samsung 960 250GB (Main) [Windows 10 OEM]
SSD Samsung 860 pro 250GB
Firecuda SSHD 2TB

If i miss something, let me know please, 2 weeks ago i buy a windows 10 copy, my pc was running perfect in games, but a little bit slow in process, like streaming, explorer, copying etc. So i got the fresh windows to format, and maybe i'm missing drivers or something (but not sure) i always get all drivers instantly before play.

I use this PC for:
Streaming and Play videogames, sometimes to edit videos and create images.

WHAT I WANT?
I want to boost my videogame experience, because after i got this original windows, i feel it comes with more extra features that make my computer a lil bit weird, for example, before i played fortnite with extra FPS with high settings no shadows, like 260 FPS with minimun 140 [(While Streaming 180 fps max and 80-90 min)
now is like 130 with minimun of 30 fps in a really hard battle, thats why i want to take care of this, because i dont care getting 60 fps, but 30?

RESUME
Thanks for all answers, if there is an app that can show me drivers or something missing, or useless things installed, or useless process, or part to be replaced or that can help, like getting more ram, or buying a bigger main SSD, or in the last case to get a 1060 6GB. But just in the last case.

Extra:
I read here that sometimes is good to have an extra pc exclusive for streaming, but it need to have a good CPU, if that's the case. i would think on build another pc, balanced not extremely expensive, with my actual processor and ram, and use my GPU in the gaming one, with a not High but medium processor. Hope to get some help.
Note: I have Video Capture.

7700k is a good start for gaming and streaming together. If you are talking about gaming, streaming and recording at the same time, then it will not suffice. Otherwise, 7700k is perfectly good streaming CPU. Heck, my 6700k can stream at 720p60 / 1080p30 and still give 60+ Frames for ALL the games I have played [PUBG, GTA V].

@OP:
Download DDU and use it to do a clean reinstall of Display Drivers.

Look for a firmware update for the Drive on which your game is, and Seagate has a software that informs you of the health of your drive so keep that in hand.

CCleaner will help you remove unnecessary files.

Have you changed any streaming preferences? TBH, the 1060 3GB is a good card but that is the performance I would expect. Are you using...
