Need help regarding H310 motherboards

Hello, I'm trying to build my first gaming pc and I'm pretty tight on budget. Here are the specs:
Intel I3 8100
Gtx 1050Ti
Kingston A400 240 gb ssd
Seagate 500gb 7.2k
A 450watt PSU.
A cd/dvd drive

Now I am very confused about which MoBo should I buy, the Gigabyte H310m H or a B360 mobo.
There won't be any future upgrades in this pc nor any additions and I don't want to buy a B360 and use not use it to it's full potential. But at the same time I don't want to buy the gigabyte H310m H and fall short on speed or realize that I cannot use these pc components to its full potential. So please help me out, thank you so much in advance! :)
Looking at my specs, will Gigabyte H310m H be enough?

The motherboard will hardly be the limiting factor here. The only reason I'd advise going for a higher tier board would be for overall quality; you will be *alright* with any decent h310 board. You would be giving up quite a few features such as PCIe lanes, only 4 sata ports, and limited high-speed IO.

If I were you, I'd go for a b360 board, as the price gap between the two isn't enough to justify the loss of so many features. This is only about $5 more expensive: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/X2bwrH/asrock-b360m-hdv-micro-atx-lga1151-motherboard-b360m-hdv
