80gigs would be too small. 50gb is fine for os and other core softwares. Decide if you the remaining 30gb is...
Depending on what you're doing it could be either great or terrible. Personally, I would take the following course of action:

Ditch that HDD, it's highly likely you have one lying around in an old PC somewhere. Use the saved money to beef up that PSU. If you don't have an extra HDD, I'd still recommend saving the money to upgrade to 8GB of RAM and a better PSU. Mail-in Rebates are always an option.

U can go for the msi pc mate if ur case is an atx one.

Thats like $100 over my budget and doesnt even come with and hdd? could you check my original pcpartspicker list and tell me where to go from there?

U have opted for only 4gigs of ram when the 2200G would be sharing that for both ram and vram (for the igpu) so even if you have 1gb of gpu vram, that leaves 3gb of system ram which is very less.

Not to mention that a single stick will work on single channel as opposed to 2 sticks in dual channel (effectively halving ur ram and vram speed, hurting performance)
