too much lags but low ping

hi guys I really got wierd problem idk wat to do I mean its suppose to work good without lags, I've got new router, its really good one my ping on online games is like 30-50 but still the game has so many lags (my fps is high too so its not about that) its just so wierd Its lagy on 20 ping and its happened to me in all online games i've tryied cs, pubg warframe and more games but same problem the games are lag too much, wat should i do?
specs:
i3-550
550W psu
4gb ram
gt 1030
and the net speed is 1 Gbps
any help would be appreicated

maybe it's an overheat lag ?

and its new router in my last one I didnt had any problems which means the problem is on the router but its rly wierd since the speed is 1 Gbps and im connect with network cable so i rly dont know

That's not lag, that's Frame stuttering. Warframe and CS should run better than pubg but you are just lacking power to maintain frame rates.

Way below system requirements for pubg and barely passing them on warframe. 4 gbs of ram is never a good experience with newer games. What resolution are you playing at because the gtx 1030 is not a very powerful card

Looking at your PC specs my immediate concern was the 4GB. That's barely enough to run Windows. Load a game on top of that and you'll be paging like crazy. So I'm in agreement with nerro.

its not bcuz of the ram Ik it bcuz in my old routher I didnt had any of this problems only on pubg u right it rly fucked up with 4 ram but I try even cs 1.6 the ms was 30 then jump to 200 in one second which makes alot of lags and sometimes its stayed at 50 ms but still lagy (I teseted like 30 servers all of them are lagy) and its not all the time its happended a few times a day, some time it works fine without any lags and sometimes its lagy af
its rly wierd since this new routher is way better then my last one so idk..
