Looking for minimalist style small case fitting 2x 3.5" drive + full sized graphics card

I am looking for a case with the following requirements:
- Fits 2x 3.5" hard drive
- Fits Asus GeForce GTX 1080 Strix
- As small as possible
- Price less than $300

Nice to have:
- Minimalist design
- Glass side panel

I am planning to build a system with Ryzen 7 2700X so it should have good enough airflow to cool it. (I might do watercooling as well depending on the case though.) It doesn't really matter what motherboard size the case takes as I will be purchasing that as well.

The closest to my liking I've found so far is Fractal Design Meshify C – TG but it is still a little big to my taste.

I agree. Fractal and Phanteks are both some of the best minimalistic case brands out there, though I'd go for the define C since it's a little more subdued than the Meshify. It's all up to your personal preference.

What size board are you planning to get? I'd recommend the define mini c from fractal (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/kRDzK8/fractal-design-define-mini-c-tg-microatx-mid-tower-case-fd-ca-def-mini-c-bk-tg) and the shift itx from Phanteks (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/7C38TW/phanteks-enthoo-evolv-shift-mini-itx-tower-case-ph-es217e_ag) to name a few.

Probably mATX but I am also considering ITX/mITX. I just found that Fractal Design actually has a mini version of Meshify C as well. I might go with that.
