With that combination OC is for all practical reasons unnecessary because of Performance Boost2 and XFR2 on 2nd gen Ryzen and x470 chipset. If needed and load demands it, it will boost even on all cores almost as much as you could OC it. If you are not familiar with OC, don't, you'd gain only few % with much more heat.

Your parts are convincing for OC, make sure your PSU is up for it. For what you want to OC for, faster fps (gaming), large files processing (media content) or ? most users are mislead by OC = Faster or More, if you need smooth gaming game play you can use faster GPU, if you do 4K video editing you can use faster NMMe drive.

OCing will only make your component degrade (and die) faster, again, don't burn a house to kill a rat.
