Which one is better?

Solution
Stable internet is completely based on your copper / cable / fiber line, etc and your ISP. It doesn't matter what wifi device you use unless it is somehow broken from the beginning or you're literally 100's of feet away from main hub, which would normally only occur in an office situation and even that is very rare. I've used $10 wifi usb sticks and never had a problem. So I would either get the cheaper of the two or just find one even cheaper than either of them. If your internet is dropping still, call your ISP to resolve the issue.

If you’re looking for better specs, go with the amazon item, otherwise if it’s reliability that you’re having issues with, contacting your ISP would be the first step
