That definitely seems fishy; the only 6850's I can find have a max of 2GB of VRAM. Do they list a brand aside from AMD at all? Even if it did exist, I wouldn't recommend spending money on such a dated card. Though to each their own.

It's likely a fake card. The HD 6850 was available with 1GB and 2GB of VRAM. The GPU isn't really powerful enough to use 2GB though so the 2GB card was only really useful when it was used in Crossfire with another card.
1. HD6850 is highly outdated
2. There is no 4GB version of HD6850. It is mostlikely a fake card.
3. Even if the 4GB version existed, it useless considering how powerful or weak HD6850 was.
