Ram problem help

Hello

Specs
Ram: 4 sticks of corsair DDR 4 2132
CPU : Intel i7 7700
Motherboard: ASRock B150m pro4
Graphics card: Radeon RX 480
Windows 10: 64bit operating system

I have 4 4gb of ddr4 corsair ram, my bios say I have a total of 16gb of ram but windows 10 says I only have 8bg. Please help me fix this

Your BIOS can already see 16GB, your mobo can support all of your RAM sticks.
The problem can still appear:
- one or more sticks are no longer fully ok (defective) or the slot is dirty, etc.
- some settings in your Windows are not ok
- some Windows 10 version can only use 8GB. Make sure you have the correct version for 16GB RAM.
- BIOS update could also help
