I am hesitating for Netgear r6230 or Asus rt1200g+ but heard that asus has buggy software and small range wifi but netgear has better. Also asus have to be restarted and bugs. Which of these 2 is better and i am so confused about this reviews from buggy and restarting router softwares from asus.

Solution
As said, do not take those bad reviews to much into your heart.
I have already seen quite a lot of both Netgear r6230 or Asus rt1200g+ routers, both are ok.

Depending to your need, I would even suggest ASUS Spiderman (ASUS GT-AC5300) router <-- only meant as a joke...Spiderman and those many antenas..get it? :D

Yes but they say for that model so negative reviews for restarting rebooting stucking and things from the software updates i didnt hear that from netgear but i like asus more like brand and routers.

I use ac51u in small flat without any problems. I don't know ac1200 seem that thing to many antennas for me. Depending on how big your flat is, I would step down to ac750 (I know its a solid choice) or go 1 better to: asus router ac66u (~+20$)
ac66u is 3x3 on both 2.4 and 5 Ghz and 3 antenas only, so it looks better.

I would not got scared away due to negative reviews too much.
I am using D-Link DIR-645/E Smart Beam Wireless-LAN Router and this one has quite tons of bad reviews in amazon.
I have been using it since 2012 24/7 and I have never had any problems with it so far.
Yes, I had to reboot this router a couple of times in 6 years, about 1 or 2 times a year. I would not call this 1-2x yearly reboot as problem or buggy.
Receiving problematic unit by mass production items is quite normal and it is related to your luck.

I have all the ports on my routers lan ports full i have another router, iptv 1 pc and 3 devices connected over wifi so and 200mbps internet plan and now i am with linksys e1200 which is 10\100 mbps i think that asus will be much better at range signal and all things. Because the iptv gets laggy when i do something because there are so many devices and with this basic router.

1.
iptvs, netflix, etc.
It is best to connect your main streaming hardwares via ethernet cable :)
Actually, connect as many as you can via cable and if possible only your mobile devices is going via WLAN.
If you need more cable ports, get a switch.
2.
Check for the WLAN channels in your neighbourhood, use the least crowded one.
3.
WLAN range is special, even if you already have the best router out there. Check if you need Range extender a.k.a. repeater or mix your networking with PowerLAN, etc.
WLAN extender is bad for your total WLAN bandwidth but sometimes you need this solution.
4.
5GHz WLAN is stable ad fast but has some problem passing through thick walls. Be smart! Combine with 2.4GHz.
5.
Check the router for MIMO channels, the more the better.
