i looked at many places to find how to get it back to 2400 but all bios system is different from mine,,,
i will upload 2 images that show my PC spec and what frequency i got,,, also i changed it from bios but it's still the same it didn't changed.
so if there is any solution to change it for real or there is something i don't know,, someone help me please.

Hmm, well it doesn't appear to have an XMP profile, but I would think you should still be able to enable one of those JEDEC profiles somehow.

Try pressing F7 while in BIOS to go into advanced mode, and see if you can find an option to enable the 1200 MHz profile. If there's no option for enabling profile, you can probably manually edit the frequency and timings to match those displayed on the SPD tab in CPU-Z.

There IS an O.C. setting on that page: The "XMP" seting on the left, above the fans. If your memory uses XMP, you can enable the profile there.

It's about double data rate, which DDR incidentally stands for, not the number of channels.
