is there anything you'd sub out? maybe something a little cheaper which would have the same performance or maybe something a bit more expensive that would show a significant improvement in performance. i understand there would probably be better options for the case but unfortunately i live in egypt and cases especially are low in supply, if you can find a better case in website im using above that would be great.

Solution
Im going against the grain & saying stick with the ryzen 1600 for 4 reasons

1. Its 500-600 L.E cheaper
2. Its really not significantly weaker than the 2600, certainly easily strong enough for a 1060 3gb.
3. It has a better cooler supplied with it.
4. You don't have the issue with bios compatibility you may likely have with the ryzen 2*** series.

Board ? I'd go with the asus prime myself over that gigabyte.

Solution
The only issue is the ram, 1 is not optimal.

Ryzen loves memory bandwidth & single channel is some w5% slower than dual channel.

A 3000mhz stick is slightly slower than a pair of 2400mhz sticks..

Don't get me wrong, it will do the job & performance will still be good.
Just not as good as it could be With 2 sticks.
