GTX 1080 TI SLI CRASH WHEN DISABLING 1 CARD IN NVIDIA CONTROL panel.

Hi guys i have 2 ASUS GTX 1080Ti , i am having issues when disabling 1 card on nvidia control panel. Getting constant crash in gaming and even when watching youtube videos. Everything works perfectly when SLI is enabled.
OS : WINDOWS 10 PRO x64 1803.
i am geting a blue screen STOP CODE: KMODE_ EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED.

Does the stop code also list a driver name at the end of it? Maybe one that is named like this "nvlddmkm"?

If that's the case, I'd suggest doing a re-install of the GPU driver for your system. Make sure to utilize DDU to remove the current driver.

NO driver name mention at blue screen and i though it was my psu i had a evga platinium supernova 850 w and i just buy a coolermaster v1200 platinium and i have the exact same problem with the new psu i feel very sad cuz i did make that psu update for nothing .

Does anyone one else encounter the same issue ? i have to mention that when i physically remove one card i have no problem at all its only in the case scenario when i sli and disable sli in control panel and let 1 card work . I usually do it when a game dont support sli i disable it to play without slutter micro slutter . But do i need to remove 1 card physically everytime a game dont support sli ? this cant be the way to do i cant accept that .

the issue is still here i will put my full system spec if that can help to determine and fix the issue that will be most welcome
