How to update BIOS

So I bought Asus K8V SE Deluxe and while I bought it, I asked seller to update BIOS. When board arrived, it had semi-functional BIOS. It often says that something is malfunctioning or that there is CPU fan error. I checked what kind of BIOS version was there and there is one, which isn't listed on Asus website. All problems I had looked like BIOS problems. Board is in good condition. I think seller either installed beta BIOS or accidentally flashed incorrect board BIOS. So I tried to reflash BIOS to latest non-beta version and I never had any success. I always get "can't boot" error or "floppy drive undetected". I actually don't even know if I do it correctly, as I never had to use Afudos tool, so I need help. I actually have updated DFI K8T800Pro-ALF BIOS just fine, but not this one.

Please help.

Computer specifications, if someone needs them here:

WiFi card (PCI)
56K modem (PCI)
DVD drive (PATA)
3.5 inch floppy drive (PATA)

Solution
Finally solved BIOS update problem with installing Windows XP and doing it via software. The BIOS is still horrible and I have lots of issues with Promise onboard controller. Now that BIOS update thing is fixed this means the end of this thread, but I realized that board is pure agony to use in any way. Mostly software side of it.
You need to make bootable dos, put your exe/batch file afudos and the file that you wanna to use to flash it with afudos.
Here is full tutorial via dos.
Also to warn you, you might completley brick your bios.
http://www.ecs.com.tw/extra/flashutl/afuusb.pdf

Just to note, you have to rename files to shorter as possible, AFUDOS to AFU, bios rom to something bios123.rom or similar if the naming is long, it wont read propetly.
Also It needs to be formatted to fat32 the usb.

Wait a second, my Asus board has some EZ flash stuff, how does that work?

I tried pressing Alt+F2, got into menu, but it doesn't detect floppy nor CD (which I I don't have).

There's nothing mentioned about it anywhere, except in online manual.

Does it show option for USB?
EZ flash is basicly similar to flashing in dos if it has usb support, but i assume that it doesnt.
Im not very familiar with older boards, but I know that dos flash works for every board, if the bios is functional for booting into dos mode.

This board is floppy era, I tried Youtubing and it looks like I have EZ flash first version, which is probably one of the first boards to have it. Accepts only floppy or CD.

Tried that with 3 dvds, doesn't work.

I guess I will have to learn to use that DOS based thing, but I have a question. Do I really have to have Windows Me or older machine to create bootable floppy? I really don't have that and I wonder if there's a tool for that for Windows 10
