Good PC with really bad FPS

Hello,

my PC isn't the newest one but it should be good enough to work for most games. But I still have many FPS drops and don't know why!

This is my Setup:

GPU: GeForce GTX 770
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor
Memory: 7,96 GB RAM
OS: Windows 7
Motherboard: ASRock 990FC Extreme 3

I did some benchmarking already and my temperatures "seem" to be fine. Had some maximums around 80 degrees. If you need screenshots of any benchmark test then let me know.

(I have all drivers needed installed).

Any useful information would be very appreciated. Thanks!

I used HWiNFO64. I'll just download AMD Overdrive now, run it and give you the results.

I used AMD Overdrive and it shows an average CPU temperature of 20 degrees which doesn't seem to be right. I can't even check my GPU temperatures. But every other program I used showed temperatures between 50 and 80 degrees.

I used a full HD benchmark for about 5 minutes. I am not overclocking.

But doesnt AMD overdrive show thermal margin? Not actual temperature?
If overdrive showed 60 degrees then that would be good, not bad I thought?
And if it showed 20 degrees while under load, that is actually a good temp
