Is this possible to upgrade so that I can play Rainbow Six Siege?

I have been jumping back into PC gaming instead of playing on my console. I am going to post my current specs and I want to know based on what I have what would be the best way to upgrade? Say can I just get a new AMD or GTX Graphics Card (ex. 1060/1070) and an AMD Ryzen 5 processor? I'm not a super computer expert but wondering what the best options are for upgrading from what I currently have.
Thank you in advance for anyone who can help by responding to this topic!

With an $800 budget, I'd probably look at something like this from the AMD side:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor ($170.98 @ Newegg Business)
Motherboard: Asus - PRIME B450-PLUS ATX AM4 Motherboard ($111.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill - NT Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($143.98 @ Newegg)

Upgrading means a whole new core system (CPU, Motherboard, and RAM). I don't think your current processor is up for it and I can't make an processor upgrade for your current system without knowing what motherboard you have. Even so, likely the best processor is going to be an FX series processor and that's not a recommendation at all.

So come up with a budget and we'll see what we could come up with.

Thank you for replying. The current motherboard is AMD A68H Socket FM2+ I belive if I'm seeing that correctly. I should have spent more on the initial PC and had it bundled together which is almost sounding like I may need to. I'm hoping to keep it under $800 for everything that I need, whether that's changing things in and out or getting a new PC altogether. I would prefer Ryzen over FX series if possible.

On the Intel side, I might consider something like this:

CPU Cooler: CRYORIG - H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.89 @ OutletPC)
