So question about CPU OC and voltage.
When OC the CPU you want to get the lowest possible voltage for the highest Frequency right? Then you stress test the CPU to see if it shut down/reboot ?
If it does then you increase voltage or if not you lowered it until you get to that sweet spot between optimal Frequency and voltage ?

How long is an average stress test ? Please don't say overnight, I don't want to sleep in a baking room. Or leave the house with a Computer on full blasting heat.
Aida64 Extreme is a good stress test ?

Update: OC to 3.8 with offset +0.02500
Aida64 stress having the CPU hovering in the 63~64 C after 15 min.

update 2:
returned to default. 3.8 again
Then offset + .01250
61 C in aida64 stress test.

I might just take off the offset and just let it run at stock auto voltage next ._.

Solution
I start with Memtest86 to tests on the RAM for errors that might make the syste unstable with hangs and shutdowns
I usually stress test for 3-4 hours since most issues will appear on that time frame.
I use a combination of Prime95 (In-place large FFTs) or OCCT to stress the CPU/RAM/motherboard/PSU and Furmark to stress the GPU/PSU
If you do a combination Prime95/Furmark , Prime95 should be set to low priority in Task Manager to allow Furmark to run properly.

If I stress test a workstation that is running for 10 to 12 hours, then I might run Prime95 for 12-24 hours, otherwise running a test for 3-4 hours should be enough to detect an unstable CPU or OCed.

Just make sure you have a good temperature and system monitoring app like...

I tried prime95 on stock, it took my CPU temp to above 80~ in a minute. Which doesn't seem right.
