HDD shown in the BIOS but not in the OS

Hi, I have a pc with an SSD that has I installed my OS(win 10 64bit) to and then i added a 160GB Hitachi HDD but Windows just doesnt detect it.. But its detected in BIOS.
I've see lots of posts of this problem but nothing helped.

The SSD is Msata
I've checked in computer manager and drive manager and its nowhere to be found.

Thank your for all the help but I solved it.
I plugged in the bootable USB that i Installed Windows from and went to boot menu, select the USB and did everything just like I would if I'd Install an OS but when i got to the Driver/Disk selection where you want your OS to be installed clicked on the HDD that I had problems with and clicked New and then cancelled the Installation and the PC restarted normally and went to Drive Management and it was there and then I formated it and changed the drive name to D and it's working now. I guess when i was Installing windows before and got the HDD connected too I clicked the Delete button... Its's kind of complicated. https://imgur.com/a/3C7xmCW <- Not my picture
