GPU or RAM broken?

My pc turned off by itself when I was playing on it. Before starting playing, the game asked me to download new driver for my graphics card (Sapphire RX RADEON 470). The day before I skipped the notification and the game ran fine, but today I downloaded the driver and when playing, the game was laggy at the beginning. After about 30 of playing, computer shuts itself down and won't turn on anymore. When pressing the power button, fans start moving (apart from gpu's), and internet connection lamp also turns on. Then there is 1 long and 3 short beeps. Which it this case should mean that the RAM has fail. My motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P.
Could this still be GPU issue? How accurate the beeps are?

1 long and 3 short beeps means that there is something wrong with the graphics card. i suggest trying the graphics card in a different system but if you cant i suggest trying to return it and get a new one if you can. i hope this helps

Hi! I looked up for the beep codes from google, and there it said that 1 long and 3 short beeps indicates conventional/extended memory failure. What does it mean and is this information true?
