Windows 10 messed up?

So I got my pc fixed after I found it had a shock when I was installing some parts on the carpet so i took it to microcenter and they installed new parts after I didn't update bios or anything and it gave me bsod "MEMORY-MANAGEMENT' then I got the gigabyte app center which is messed up to install / flash new bios and it told me to restart now I did and my screen booted up and kept flickering and I couldn't even reset windows it says can't reset windows no changes were made I got a flash drive and got the latest version of gigabyte bios specs are Gigabyte b360 lga 1151 mobo , 8gb 2133 mhz , 1tb wd blue drive , i3 8100 , 1050 ti.So I restarted and the screen kept flickering in the windows log in screen and I got a flash drive and tried installing windows 8 it says files are corrupted or missing then now I just got a wd blue 1 tb hd and in the media creation tool it says the same thing and it even said my new drive that I just got has data on it I can't even format or delete the apparently data on it and now i'm trying to see if a windows 10 version of media creation tool works btw my flash drive is 7.20 gb

Get bigger flash drive.
Put windows 10 iso on it.
Use 7-zip to "Extract here".
Click on "setup.exe" file & wait for Windows 10 to install.
Or visit the Microsoft site & choose "Update Now".

I can't go to safe mode with networking anymore cause i formatted my drive and yeah i got a iso file and a universal usb installer and it's only 4gb for 64bit flash drive

pull the gpu go to onboard video and one ram stick. on your mb make sure you have the right bios file on it. go to the mb vendor web page and download the bios file unzip it and use the mb bios updater to run it. from another pc use an 8g usb stick and windows media creation tool for the newest windows 10 iso.

I did update my bios and everytime i try to install windows it just says windows cannot install required files or they corrupted or missing , i converted my drive to mbr even gpt formmated delete partioned the drive still didn't work

There is noting on my disk atm cause i got a new drive but same error and no other pc
