Which ram for a budget rendering workstation.

I am currently in the process of putting bits together for a new budget Blender rendering workstation for my 3D and animation work. I'm on a tight budget so going for the ryzen for now until I have enough revenue for a massive threadripper build. Getting the 2700x with an MSI pro Carbon x470 board. But I cannot decide on the ram to use for this application and am tossing up between:

G.Skill - Sniper X 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200, F4-3200C16D-16GSXKB 16 18 18 38

G.Skill - Sniper X 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3600, F4-3600C19D-16GSXKB, 19 20 20 40

G.Skill - Flare X 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200, F4-3200C14D-16GFX 14 14 14 34

Where I live these are priced at $270, $299 and $335 in that order. I want to know if for my application going for the B die is going to be a good investment when working or especially rendering, I often render very long projects and cutting down on the time is important but so is my budget. I will be overclocking it pretty hard too to get maximum value out of it. I will also be getting a second identical kit as soon as I can to fill up the board, then when I have enough I'll sell it off and upgrade to a full 64G kit. But again budget, but also I need to get a new workstation asap for what little money I have since he old one is dying and failing several times per day. Anyone with any idea or experience with Blender Cycles would be much appreciated.

Thank you
