Hi,
Right now im getting like 45-65fps in gta V with this setup : i5 6600k / gtx 1060 6gb.
But I was looking the usage of my components and I found that while playing GTA V my cpu is always at 85-99% and my Gpu is using only 40% max. So my questions is if I overclock my cpu will it considerably boost my fps and will it lower the usage of the cpu? I hope you guys understood my questions. Not the greatest in english, sorry
Thanks

First of all, how in the world are you maxing your i5 CPU with that game? (extra processes in the background? maximum draw distance/cars/...?)

If I overclock my cpu will it considerably boost my fps and will it lower the usage of the cpu?
Yes, it will boost your fps but it won't lower usage that much because hitting 99% means it wants more CPU usage. It will also increase heat. Keep all your TEMPS (GPU, CPU,...) below 80c. Above it will decrease performance

BTW, make sure you're on Performance Mode from power options on the control panel.

If I were you, I would look around the web (google is your friend) to find out if there are fixes. Overclocking is a last resort in these situations.

Hi, so yeah do u know an good application to close all useless processus in the background? Because it says I have 60 lol but i dont want to close some windows useful things (if there is lol). When Im not in Gta processer is under 10%.

My cpu and gpu are always under 55 degres in game. I've just put on Performance Mode and Ill try the "unparked" things in the forum youve send.
Thanks
