My pc turns on and it immediately turns off!

Motherboard: H170 gaming M3
Cpu: i7 8700k
Gpu: Gtx 1060 3gb
PSU: Extreme Power Plus 460W
Cooler: H60 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler
Ram:Corsair Value Select 8GB DDR4 2133MHz

It turns on just for a second and it turns off.
The fans are working.
The light for the cpu is on, but the VGA is off and the DRAM is to. Please help.

In my experience, it could be a memory issue. If you have 2 sticks, try 1 at a time. Good Luck! Or that no name brand PSU

I really need someone to tell me if all the components I have right now is compatible, did I just fuck up on the wiring or should I just call it a day and just go to a repair shop?

Try a different memory slot, 24 as well as 4 or 8 pin to motherboard? Not a branded psu
