My pc is very slow even with good hardware! please help me.

Hello geeks,
I have a pc with good specifications but the problem is, my pc is very very slow just like a pc with very low configuration.
I cant even play low quality games, softwares keep strucking, system keeps strucking(laging).
Configuration of my pc is as follows, also i tried cleaning malware.
Motherboard = Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PV
Processor = AMD FX 6300 six core processor
RAM = 8 GB hyperxfury
Graphic Card = 2 GB atx AMD radeon HD 5450
Power supply = 550 watts
(note: all updated drivers)
I am frustuated with the performance of my pc, please give me a good solution

What game are you trying to play with this setup? If you try to play the latest AAA game, it is perfectly normal... Your rig is very old and outdated. Your GPU is 8 yo and CPU is 6yo, which is very very old when talking of PC hardware... You are maybe expecting more than what it can offer... It hasn't "good specification" like you said...

But your main problem is your GPU. Very old, outdated AND VEEERRRYYY slow.... Very far in the hierarchy list!!!

Your best move would be to upgrade your entire system, or if your on a budget, only the GPU...

Something like a 1050/1050ti from nvidia or 560/570 from AMD would be a HUGE leap forward... Higher than that, your 6300 will struggle keeping up.

Because GTA San Andreas is still too demanding for that card...

This GPU is crap... It wasn't intended to run game at its release in 2010.... It was a very low end GPU.

And if you dont want to believe me, read that review! Just the conclusion should be enough to convince you that there is nothing to do with this card... Even 2010 games was unplayable with this card... So dont expect to acheive something good on more recent game!!!

5450 review

I bought a card for my computer in 2004 (X800XT) that was way better than the HD 5450 (released in 2010). So the 5450 was already in 2010 at the bottom end of the hierarchy chart...

leave about gaming, i cant even do basic tasks as my pc is running slow. if my graphic card is low, then why my pc is also running slow.
