InshaAllah I will purchase my new GPU tomorrow... I will be upgrading from Gigabyte 1050Ti Windforce OC..... I will get a 1080p LED later... I have a 19" LCD right now and i was thinking that how good my new gpu will perform on 1280x1024 and on 1920x1080?

Thanks in advance for answers.

Solution
The RX 480 8GB can average 60fps (or more) in the majority of games at 1080p/Ultra.

1280x1024 is 63% of 1920x1080 in terms of pixel count.

So you can imagine what sort of fps boost you might see at equivalent settings.

But that assumes no CPU bottleneck or other bottleneck in the system.

my rig:
Intel Xeon E3-1245 V3 ( Going to upgrade to i3-8100 InshaAllah )
8GB 1600MHz Ram ( Going to upgrade to 16GB 2333MHz InshaAllah )
500GB HDD 7200RPM

Dont replace the E3 1245 v3 with a i3 8100, thats basically a downgrade, or a sidegrade at best... You will sacrifice 4 threads for 5% faster IPC.

Better off getting a SSD for your system.

You mean my Xeon E3-1245 v3 is more than enough for 1080p ULTRA Gaming?

Yeah its a good cpu, pretty much the same as a i7 4770 in performance.

Yes it's still a great CPU. There's no need to upgrade it at all.
