HDD does not show up.

I'm trying to set up a HDD as a secondary drive, it's a WD blue 1tb, it does show on the BIOS, it does show on the device manager, it doesn't show on the disk manager to assign a letter. Tried updating the driver, unninstaling and installing again, diferent SATA port, different SATA cable, different computer entirely, still does not show up on disk management.

Any other ideas before I RMA it?

Windows might need you to build a volume and give it a Letter.
Right click on computer
Manage
Go to the partition/volum manager
do you find the disk ? Create a volume and assign a letter ?

Try it out, let me know.
