RGB RAM Software problem

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with RGB RAM, the hyperx predator. My motherboard's software(x370 Aorus K7) can't recognize it, like I can't control the lighting, but the memory works just fine
. Is there anything I could do?

Not a great solution, but the Fusion software has had quite a few issues in detecting RAM that's supposed to work with it.

From what I gather a full removal/reinstall fixes the issue more often than not. Beyond that though, I can't find much re: troubleshooting.
