I'm looking to upgrade my PC soon. I'm thinking for a MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GT OC, 4GB GDDR5, 128-bit with an AMD FX X8 8350, 4 GHz. But I won't be able to get them both in the same month because i'll need a new MB so, will it be that bad to use that GPU with my current CPU which is AMD Athlon II X4 750K, 3400MHz ? My current CPU had no problems running GtaV,Fifa 18 etc.. I'm open to suggestions, but I really want to go for an AMD CPU.

Solution
A new graphics card now will help IF you are graphics limited.
Yes, it is easily moved to a new build.
All new motherboards from intel and amd are DDR4 only, no getting around that.

Modern parts like ryzen or intel 8th gen will all use DDR4.

Upgrading a graphics card is no problem because it can easily be moved to a new cpu/motherboard ram upgrade.

Do not plan on upgrading ram after your buy it by adding more.
Ram is only supported in a single kit.
Usually adding similar ram will work, but it is less than 100% certain.
If you go ryzen, check very carefully that the ram you pick is supported on your motherboard, cpu combo.
Not all ddr4 ram will work.

So, there will not be much of a problem if I use that GPU with my actual components for a while? And If I got that right, when I get a new cpu and mb I should make sure the mb supports ddr4 ram and upgrade to ddr4?
