cpu utilization question

hello everyone my cpu utilization is not going above 99% when running cinebench. I even tried to switch to high performance with same 99% utilization problem this is causing a low cinebench score. please help also cpu is overclocked to 3.9ghz and 1.35 volts. also what I just found which is weird is when I play battlefield 1 my cpu utilization hits 100% all the time on all 4 cores.

So you get a 1% lower cinebench score and think that you need to fix that?!?!
Also telling people what CPU(mobo/psu/ram/etc) you have would help.

actualy my score before with the same settings and overclock was 590 now its 430...………..anyways its a ryzen 3 1200 16gb of ddr 4 2933 video card is a msi gaming x gtx 1060

That means that the 99% utilization is not the problem,monitor your CPU clocks does it run at full speed while running the bench?

no, that's why I said 99% does not hit 100% on cinebench. but it does hit 100% while gaming

BF1 multiplayer with lots of players really needs more than 4 cores/4 threads. The 1200 is an entry level gaming CPU, you can expect CPU related performance issues in games which can use more threads or cores. The 1200 and 1060 are a good pairing for 1080p gaming for the most part, but there will be exceptions.

I changed the power setting from balanced to high performance and it seemed to help the cpu. I was still getting 100% cpu usage at all times in battlefield 1. if I overclock the cpu to 3.9ghz or 4ghz do you think that will help? also my dell 27" ips monitor is at a refresh rate of 75
