Losing connection at start of match in multiple different games

Hi, I've been experiencing this problem for a while on my PC where I'll get into a match and about 10 seconds later I'll get disconnected, but I'm still connected to the internet. This happens on multiple games (for example Rainbow Six Siege and Fortnite) and on my Xbox and PS4 as well. Oddly enough, in Rainbow Six if I join the game mid-match I don't get disconnected. The only remedy I've found so far is restarting my router, but that only works for a few hours and then the problem returns. Any possible solutions?

Well it’s obviously your internet.

Are you running a wired connection to each device? Wireless could be your killer.

The other thing would be to try running a wired connection directly to your modem. If it still has issues, it’s your isp’s fault. If not, it’s your router.

Thanks for the reply.

All connections are wired, and my router and modem are so far away that it would be quite hard to directly connect them. Also, my PS4 started not having the issue today while it remained on my PC. Not sure what that means.
