Should I wait for the GeForce GTX 1160? Or should I buy the AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB right now?

Basically I was going for an $800 budget mini-ITX gaming PC (including Win10) with an i5-8400, 8 GB RAM and an RX 570 4GB. But recently I've heard rumors of the next gen NVIDIA cards coming later this year and because of that, a part of me was telling me to wait and the other part of me was telling me to build a PC right now so I am pretty confused on what to choose. I know that all of these are just rumors and not official yet, but I am very anxious of me making the wrong decision so I need someone's advice desperately.

P.S- Maximum I can spend on a GPU is around $225. If you were wondering, here are the specs of my current setup (its an old laptop)

Intel Core i3-4005u @ 1.70GHz
4GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics 4400
- Don't know about anything else

Well there is a doubt, if you buy rx now, the prices will and have to come down and bought it abit expensive, right now im selling 1050ti at 120$ and literally nobody wont buy it , but Others keep their price up (an example).
Right choice would be waiting, and if nvidia gpus would be selling at msrp i would take it, also to mention (i follow market per week), usually after 1-2months prices come even more down.

I've been waiting for GPU prices to come down all this year, and when they eventually did, I hear the news of NVIDIA releasing their new GPUs later this year which makes me a bit furious because of waiting so long. I will wait tho but my current PC is a potato and is aging really fast and can barely play games on low settings 30 fps 720p and I want it to be replaced with something better as soon as possible. So this arises a new question, can an i5-8400 with Intel UHD Graphics 630 and 8GB 2666MHz RAM play titles such as CS:GO, League of Legends, Fortnite, PUBG, H1Z1 and Garry's Mod at atleast 60 fps low settings 1080p?

I'm not willing to buy a used GPU and sell it later because of personal matters.
EDIT: Yes I will wait but can you please answer my second question, can an i5-8400 with Intel UHD Graphics 630 and 8GB 2666MHz RAM play titles such as CS:GO, League of Legends, Fortnite, PUBG, H1Z1 and Garry's Mod at atleast 60 fps low settings 1080p?

Youll play CS:go and League no problem. The others will struggle much more.

Yes the Ryzen 5 2400g has a great iGPU but will it be worth it in the long term since I'm going to get a better GPU later on?
The i5-8400 is better than the 2400g unless you OC the 2400g for which you might need an aftermarket cooler if you want to go above 3.7 GHz which adds up to the cost which on my watch, not worth it.
