So I know this mobo isnt made for overclocking but i got my fx 6300 to 4.7 at 1.48 bolts. My temps are below 45 so is this safe. I'm new to overclocking and have read there's more to it than just temps? If I leave it like this will it last at least a year maybe 2? Thanks for any answers!

You're fine. The board has heat sinks on the MOSFETS, the core voltage is within safe limits as per AMD for that CPU, and your OC is stable. What is surprising (to me anyway) is that you got that board to provide a stable OC to 4.7GHz.
I've had two of those boards and couldn't get either of them to OC well. Or it may have been the CPU.
