onn bluetooth earbuds only work in left ear, help?

I bought a pair of onn bluetooth earbuds, yesterday they were working fine but now the sound only works in the right ear. Can somebody help me?

How do I check that, where in settings would it be?

connect a pair of headphones and see if it plays on both sides.

Also try removing and pairing the onn earbuds
Remove the onn Bluetooth from pairing list on your device. In some device you must select to "forget the headphones" to delete them from your device's paired lists.
Pair the onn Bluetooth earbuds to reestablish the connection.

Make sure you are playing stereo sound since mono comes from one side.
It could be a faulty devices and you might need to get it replaced.
