1080 ti + i7 8700k Low fps?

Hey guys, I just upgraded my PC with an ASUS Z370-E and I7 8700k. I used to have a i7 6700k and got pretty bad performance on Battlefield 1 hence the upgrade. I see I'm getting better frames then before but still sometimes drops below 90 or even 55 in some maps where people with same rig have 133 - 144fps. I ran MSI Afterburner and see me CPU getting frequently 78 - 85c. CPU usage around 40 - 50 and GPU 60 - 80 in game. I have a Corsair H100i V2 so I have no idea why I am getting the temps. I overclocked the cpu to 4.7 and also 1.275v in motherboard. Any ideas on the problem/solutions? Thanks!

Take a look at what settings those getting 133 - 144 fps. Your temps are alright. You can try re-mounting your CPU cooler. Also take a look at fan and pump settings in the bios. They may be set to silent and not ramping up and high as you want them to.

I'm playing at 1440p and 165hz. I'm really wondering if there might be something wrong with my CPU cooler and if that is resulting in frame rate problems.
